张远,男,辽宁沈阳人,研究员,博士生导师。
2003年北京师范大学环境学院博士毕业,2006年中国环境科学研究院博士后出站,2010年获中国国家机关青年五四奖章,2014年获科技部中青年科技创新领军人才,2016年获中组部第二批万人计划领军人才。
现任水环境所副所长,流域水生态保护技术学科带头人。主要从事于水生态保护与修复、流域水污染规划、水环境管理相关研究,主持国家重大专项项目“流域水质目标管理技术集成”、“流域水生态承载力调控与污染减排管理技术”以及国家973课题 “湖泊水环境质量演变与区域差异”等10余项,参与完成了辽河流域水污染防治规划、淮河流域水污染防治规划、东江滦河生态安全评估、滦河流域国土江河综合整治方案以及地方水环境综合整治项目30余项。发表着作4部,在国内外发表论文194篇,获得国家发明专利7项。获得了国家科技进步奖一项,省部级一等奖3项,二等奖2项。担任中国环境学会水环境分会、中国毒理学会环境与生态毒理专业委员会和中国生态学会流域生态学专业委员会的常委,国家“水体污染控制与治理”科技重大专项“流域监控预警主题专家组”副组长,是财政部政府和社会资本合作(PPP)专家、国家国土江河综合整治专项专家组、环境保护部环境损害评估鉴定评估专家委员会成员、城市黑臭水体治理专家成员。
