CRAES opened to public on Jun. 5, 2019, the World Environment Day, to raise public awareness of eco-environmental protection and to enhance public understandings of China’s ecological civilization construction.
Over 330 pupils and 40 public representatives from Beijing were invited to visit CRAES, watching video clip of eco-environmental protection tasks, visiting laboratories and research stations to learn the knowledge of environmental analysis and testing on air and soil, environment risk assessment, vehicle emission control management, as well as the scientific and technology support provided by CRAES in the Battle Against Pollution.
