Mr. Jiang Hua, born in December 1973 in Tai’an City, Shandong Province, joined the Communist Party of China in December 1995. He holds a Master’s degree. 

He graduated from China Agricultural University with a major in Environmental Engineering in 1999. After joining the work in 1999, he has been successively held the posts of Deputy Director of Technology Development and Consulting Department, Director of Petrochemical and Textile Appraisal Department, Director of Energy Appraisal Department, Director of Industrial Development Environmental Appraisal Department, and Director of Environmental Law Enforcement Research Department, the Appraisal Center for Environment & Engineering, the Ministry of Environmental Protection. During August 2013 to September 2014, he temporarily held the post of Assistant County Executive of Jinghai County, Tianjin City.

He is now the Vice President of CRAES.
